Using a 75 year old, Italian sourdough culture, LOKAL hand crafts many forms of bread with an amazingly fresh and delicious taste.  We bake twice a week and sell hot out of the oven bread on Wednesday and Saturday.

What is different about LOKAL Bread?

Using techniques from France and Italy, LOKAL hand crafts delicious breads using flour from Virginia and North Carolina.  We have translated traditional recipes using local ingredients.  Using only flour, filtered water and salt we hand craft every loaf and bake it in a steel decked steam oven.
